By accessing or using Plannestt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Plannestt is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and collaborate on date plans, itineraries, and activities. The Service includes features for discovering places, creating plans, collaborating with others, and organizing activities.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Content Standards
You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

- Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
- Violates the privacy of others
Content Removal

Collaborations
When you invite others to collaborate on a plan:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share plan information with collaborators
- Collaborators will have access to the plan information you share with them
- You can remove collaborators at any time
- We are not responsible for disputes between collaborators
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plannestt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Places API for location data. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions:
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Impersonate others or provide false information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANNESTT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plannestt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plannestt operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
